Golden Oyster Mushroom and Pea Stir-Fry: Garlic-Lime Sauce

* 2 tablespoons soy sauce

* 2 tablespoons lime juice

* 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

* 1 clove garlic, minced

* 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest

* 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional, for heat)

* 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)


Preparation :

1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, grated lime zest, and sriracha sauce (if using).

2. If you prefer a thicker sauce, dissolve cornstarch in a teaspoon of water and add it to the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.

3. Transfer the sauce to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.

4. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

6. Drizzle the garlic-lime sauce over the golden oyster mushroom and Pea Stir-Fry just before serving.

The tangy and savory Garlic-Lime Sauce will complement the flavors of the stir-fry beautifully.
